Battalion Chief Ryan Rueser Honored with the Walter L. Stonehocker Excellence in Training Award.

The Colorado Fire Training Officer’s Association (CFTOA) is proud to announce that Battalion Chief Ryan Rueser of the Platte Valley Fire Protection District has been awarded the Walter L.
