01/06/2025 13:59 | Michael Gates (Administrator)

The Colorado Fire Training Officer’s Association (CFTOA) is proud to recognize Jason Clark of the Eagle Fire Protection District for his years of exceptional service and leadership within the association. The recognition was presented by Lisa Pine, Division of Fire Prevention and Control’s Section Chief of Professional Qualifications and Training, in honor of Jason’s significant contributions to advancing fire service training across the state.

As the outgoing president of the CFTOA, Jason Clark has exemplified commitment, dedication, and vision in his leadership. During his tenure, he worked tirelessly to support training officers throughout Colorado, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and innovation within the fire service. His efforts have been instrumental in shaping a stronger, more unified training network that continues to elevate the standards of firefighter education and readiness.

Jason’s decision to step away from re-election as president reflects his humility and trust in the ongoing progress of the organization. He expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve and his confidence in the association’s ability to continue advancing its mission.

Lisa Pine, in presenting the recognition, highlighted Jason’s profound impact on the CFTOA and the fire service community:
"Jason’s unwavering dedication has left a lasting legacy, not only within the CFTOA but also in the lives of countless training officers and firefighters. His leadership has inspired growth, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence."

The CFTOA extends its deepest appreciation to Jason Clark for his outstanding service and leadership. While his role as president concludes, his influence and contributions will continue to guide the organization’s path forward.

Thank you, Jason, for your years of dedication and for paving the way for the future of fire service training in Colorado.
